About the job

We are looking for a passionate responsible male or female to work as a Sales Representative for our Malaysian office with a proven record of success in meeting/exceeding targets in a sales environment. This is your opportunity to sell an product within a high-growth sector of the market and work with our team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the full sales: planning, researching, goal-setting, contacting, qualifying, consulting, evangelizing, selling to new customers, generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, and webinars. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop new clients within assigned territory, leveraging Quantum ’s marketing activities as well as your own prospecting efforts
  • Perform outbound calling to generate new sales opportunities
  • Follow-up on inbound sales inquiries to generate new sales opportunities
  • Schedule appointments for Regional Sales Managers after proper lead qualification
  • Research target accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ year of experience in sales or similar client support role is strongly preferred
  • Passion for technology, clean-tech
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency – experience using Customer Relationship Management.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malayu
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision
  • Team player
